Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) warmly welcomed the visit of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ar-Raniry for a Benchmarking on Internationalization program at UMSU Campus on Sunday (October 20, 2025).
The visit was received directly by Assoc. Prof. Rudianto, M.Si, Vice Rector III for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, along with the Office of International Affairs & Cooperation (OIC) team, the leadership of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), and the Head of BIPA.
From UIN Ar-Raniry, Prof. Dr. Phil. Saiful Akmal, M.A, attended and engaged in a spirited and inspiring discussion.
Through this activity, both universities opened a rich and meaningful dialogue on International Ranking Benchmarking, internationalization strategies, and academic cooperation governance — a concrete step toward strengthening the universities’ position on the global stage.
