The UMSU Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) lecturer team carried out international community service on Wednesday (13/11) at Fathoni University.
The lecturer is part of a team, namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zailani, MA (as chairman) consists of Ahmad Affandi, Isra Hayati, Rahmayati, and Arwin Juli Rakhmadi.
The service carries a theme entitled “Digital Literacy Assistant Based on Artificial Intelligence” which is basically a competitive grant from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion’s Litapdimas. The targets and participants of this program are lecturers and students at Fatoni University, especially the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Science.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zailani MA as the team leader said, this program is a competitive grant from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion’s Litapdimas with an international service scheme.
“We chose Fatoni University because UMSU and Fatoni University previously had a cooperation agreement (MoU). “Apart from that, the theme of digital literacy with artificial intelligence devices aims to provide understanding and insight to lecturers and students about writing techniques, looking for ideas, exploring literature, paraphrasing and others,” said Assoc. Prof. Zailani.
The program is part of UMSU’s roadmap towards becoming a world class university.
