Students from Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), under the leadership of Encik Muhammad Hazman Bin Hussin, a Psychology Officer in the Student and Alumni Affairs department, paid a meaningful visit to Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
The visit was marked by a series of engaging and enriching activities. A highlight of the event was a talk show presented by UPNM undergraduate students, titled “Ethical Leadership: Key to Combating Corruption,” which provided valuable insights into the role of ethical principles in fostering transparent and accountable governance. Adding a vibrant touch to the occasion were cultural showcases that celebrated the rich heritage of Sumatera Utara, including an enthralling traditional folk dance performance and a captivating heritage attire fashion show.
This collaboration served as a platform to strengthen academic dialogue and deepen cultural appreciation between the two institutions. It underscored their shared commitment to promoting ethical leadership, fostering mutual understanding, and preserving cultural heritage for future generations.
