Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) officially hosted the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) with five partner universities under the theme “NEXT-D 2026: Next-Generation Digital Technologies 2026.” This strategic event was held at the UMSU campus and was warmly welcomed by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Akrim, M.Pd, symbolizing a strong commitment to expanding global academic collaboration.
Who was involved in this initiative includes UMSU as the host institution, its Rector, and representatives from five international partner campuses who share a common vision in advancing digital innovation. What took place was the formal signing of the LoI, establishing a foundation for future cooperation in research, conferences, and academic exchange. When the event was conducted marks an important milestone leading up to the NEXT-D 2026 conference.
