As part of its international academic visit to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), the Doctoral Program in Law of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) participated in a series of meaningful activities aimed at fostering collaboration, cultural exchange, and environmental sustainability.
One of the highlights of the program was a Tree Planting Ceremony, symbolizing the shared commitment of UMSU and UKM to environmental responsibility and the long-term growth of academic partnerships. The activity reflected both institutions’ dedication to promoting sustainable development while strengthening their international cooperation.
The delegation also joined a Traditional Game Session, where participants experienced Malaysia’s traditional games in a friendly and interactive atmosphere. This cultural activity encouraged mutual understanding, teamwork, and cross-cultural appreciation among lecturers, students, and representatives from both universities.
Through these activities, UMSU continues to reinforce its commitment to internationalization by creating opportunities for academic collaboration, cultural engagement, and global networking.
