Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) actively participated in the Falak Colloquium hosted by Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. The event served as a strategic platform to strengthen academic collaboration and exchange expertise in Islamic Astronomy between the two institutions.
During the colloquium, scholars engaged in deep discussions covering astronomical observations, Islamic calendar determination, and contemporary challenges in the field.
The event also featured a token exchange ceremony, symbolizing a mutual commitment to sustainable cooperation in research, education, and academic mobility.
