Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) participated in the largest higher education event in the world, EAIE Exhibition and Conference 2024, on Tuesday-Friday (17-20/9) which took place at MEETT Toulouse, France.

Deputy Chancellor III UMSU Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rudianto, M.Si said that this activity was attended by more than 6,000 participants from all over the world.
“Here, UMSU opened a stand with several other well-known Indonesian universities, namely Binus University, Indonesian Islamic University (UII), Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), and Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB),” he said.
This activity is under the auspices of NUNI (Nation Wide University Network Indonesia) with the Study In Indonesia concept, which aims to introduce the potential of higher education in Indonesia to the international arena.
EAIE (European Association for International Education) Exhibition and Conference is an annual event that brings together various higher education institutions from all over the world to build an international cooperation network.
Almost all leading campuses attended this event, making it a golden opportunity for UMSU and other universities that are members of NUNI to expand their reach and strengthen Indonesia’s position on the global education map.
With active participation in EAIE 2024, UMSU hopes to increase international cooperation, expand student exchange programs, and introduce the excellence of education in Indonesia to potential partners from various countries.
It is hoped that this event can make a positive contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia, as well as pave the way for various collaboration opportunities with educational institutions throughout the world.
Also present representing UMSU, Chair of OIC Rafieqah Nalar Rizky, S.Sos., M.A along with members Muhammad Shareza Hafiz, SE., M.Acc and Agus Sani, S.E., M.SC.
