Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) proudly welcomed a delegation from Halal Centre Penang, Malaysia, in a visit aimed at strengthening academic collaboration and advancing halal-related initiatives between both institutions.
The delegation was warmly received by the Vice Rector I of UMSU, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arifin, S.H., M.Hum., who expressed his appreciation for the visit and highlighted the importance of international partnerships in promoting education, research, and innovation in the halal industry.
The visit provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange insights, explore potential areas of cooperation, and discuss future collaborative programs that support the development of halal education, certification, research, and community engagement at both national and international levels.
