Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) organized the seventh “Ideas and Talks Series,” focusing on the theme of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Open Pedagogy on Friday (21/06).

The session featured presentations on “SDGs Project in Gender Equality: Promoting Gender Awareness through Literature Studies” and “Quality Education: Are We Qualified Enough to be Educators?” from two distinguished speakers.
Throughout the sharing session, participants engaged in lively discussions and exchanged ideas on how academia and educational institutions can contribute effectively to achieving the SDGs, particularly through innovative pedagogical approaches and professional development initiatives. The event underscored UMSU’s commitment to fostering intellectual discourse and practical solutions to global challenges through its “Ideas and Talks Series.”
