Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) has once again demonstrated its global reach! Held at the UMSU Campus in Medan, the send-off ceremony was officially opened by the Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Publication, and Internationalization (RIPI), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rudianto, M.Si.
The event was also attended by Deans and Vice Deans from across UMSU, Head of the Bureau of Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships UMSU, Ridho Irawan, M.Si., the team from the Office of International Affairs and Cooperation (OIC), and other relevant university officials, all showing their full support for the delegates.
A total of 47 outstanding students were officially released to represent the university in two prestigious international mobility programs in Malaysia, comprising:
📌 41 students participating in the ASIMO Program at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP).
📌 6 students joining the Student Mobility Program at INTI International University.
Scheduled for this semester, this departure highlights UMSU’s ongoing commitment to delivering a world-class academic experience. Throughout the program, participants will engage in cross-cultural learning, collaborative research, and interactive academic discussions alongside international peers.
This strategic initiative aims to equip students with a global mindset, expand their international networks, and cultivate exceptional graduates ready to thrive on the world stage.
