Professor Dr. Maya Sari, M.Si., CA., a lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) who was recently appointed as a professor in accounting in 2025, has been invited to serve as a Visiting Lecturer at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) in Vietnam. She is recognized as one of UMSUโs distinguished faculty members and currently holds the position of Secretary for the Master’s Program in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Her academic engagement at DNTU is scheduled for Sunday to Wednesday, April 20โ30, 2025.
During her time in Vietnam, Prof. Maya will teach and share expertise on several strategic subjects, including Accounting Practice, Financial Risk Management, International Accounting & Payment, Management Accounting, Software Application in Accounting, and Principles of Accounting. Her presence at the international partner institution marks UMSUโs ongoing efforts to expand its global academic network.
Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) is a leading institution in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, with a strong focus on vocational education, technology, business, and management. Actively fostering international collaborations, DNTU has partnered with various institutions across Southeast Asia. Prof. Mayaโs role as a visiting professor at DNTU represents a step forward in the academic partnership between UMSU and DNTU, aiming to enhance cross-border knowledge and experience exchange.
