
We are honored to have Prof. Dr. Harshita Aini Binti Haroon, Head of the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, as our distinguished speaker at the Service Excellence Workshop. This event was organized by PT. Telkom as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for the University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU).
The workshop was attended by key stakeholders from UMSU, including heads of administration and staff from various departments. Participants gathered with the shared objective of enhancing the quality of services provided by the university. The interactive sessions, led by Prof. Dr. Harshita, focused on strategies and best practices to improve service delivery and elevate institutional standards.
